Chia, flax and moringa — foods, not capsules
How to soak chia, when flax belongs in dough, and why ashwagandha is not on this shelf.
Chia and flax
Chia (Salvia hispanica; sometimes called tukhm sharbati in shops) gels in water. Eat it soaked. 100 g is the trial, 200 g a regular jar, 1 kg if the house already eats it. Flax, alsi, is the other small seed — grind or soak it for roti dough.
Moringa leaf and seed
Moringa leaf powder is the bright green bag. Half a teaspoon in yoghurt is a start. Seeds are for people who already cook with them. There are no moringa capsules here.
Ashwagandha is not on this shelf
The search is huge. We would rather say it is absent than imply a root we do not sell. Nothing here is a calming capsule.
