Who packs and ships my order?
Herbal Nuskha takes the order. Our fulfillment partner packs the sealed units and hands them to the courier. You still message us on WhatsApp for tracking.
Is this a medical store?
No. We sell traditional herbal foods, oils and dietary supplements. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures disease. Speak to a registered practitioner for medical advice.
How do I confirm an order?
Submit checkout, then tap “Confirm on WhatsApp” on the next page. It sends CONFIRM with your order ID to us, and we reply with your COD total. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. Payment is cash on delivery only.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused packs can be discussed within 7 days of delivery if the seal is intact. Perishable honey and opened oils are not returnable.
