Returns

Unopened packs can come back within seven days. Honey and opened oils cannot.

• You have seven days from delivery to ask about a return if the pack is unopened and the seal is intact.
• Honey, opened oils, and any pack whose seal is broken are not returnable. We cannot resell an opened jar.
• Message the WhatsApp desk with your order ID and a photo of the unopened pack. If we agree the return, we arrange a pickup or a drop to the courier.
• Refunds, when due, are cash or bank transfer after we receive the pack back. There is no store credit account yet.
