What Coconut Oil is
Coconut oil is a familiar Pakistani hair and kitchen fat. In a cool room it turns white and solid. That is the oil, not spoilage. It melts in the palm.
How people in Pakistan use it
Scoop a little for hair ends, or melt it and stir in rosemary or onion oil for a scalp mask. In food, use it where you already like the coconut taste. It is a heavy oil, so a little goes a long way on fine hair.
