What Eucalyptus Oil is
Eucalyptus oil is the sharp oil people add to a bowl of hot water in winter. Pakistan searches it as a comfort oil. The bottle is essential oil, so the skin never gets it undiluted.
How people in Pakistan use it
One drop in a bowl of hot water, eyes closed, is the steam. For skin, one drop in a spoon of almond or coconut oil, and only if your own doctor has not told you to avoid it. Do not use it on infants.
Choosing a pack
Only 10 ml. A drop goes a long way. Peppermint is the other sharp winter oil on the shelf, also 10 ml, also diluted.
A plain caution
