What Peppermint Oil is
Peppermint oil is not pudina chutney and not a stomach drop from a pharmacy. It is an essential oil. Our Planner extract has no separate peppermint volume, so the page uses the product name.
How people in Pakistan use it
One drop in a spoon of carrier oil if you want a cooling skin mix. One drop in a steam bowl if you want the smell. Do not put it near the eyes. Do not add it to a child's chest rub.
Choosing a pack
One size, 10 ml. Eucalyptus is the other winter steam oil if you want that smell instead.
A plain caution
Too strong for infants and for undiluted skin. Not a treatment for headache or IBS. Do not swallow the bottle.
