What Sweet Almond Oil is

Sweet almond oil is the pale carrier people mix with rosemary, onion or tea tree. It is also a winter body oil. It is not bitter almond oil and it is not whole almonds.

How people in Pakistan use it

Use it alone on arms and ends, or as the spoon that holds a few drops of an essential oil before a scalp massage. It spreads more easily than castor.

Choosing a pack

60 ml tries the smell and the feel. 250 ml is the bottle that lives next to the rosemary. 500 ml is the family carrier. Whole almonds are a food product on another page.

A plain caution

Skip it if you have a nut allergy. Cosmetic and food-oil use. Not a baby massage oil unless your own clinician already suggested one.
