What Rosemary Oil is

Rosemary oil here is a steam-distilled essential oil from rosemary leaves, sold as a 10 ml bottle. It is strong and meant to be diluted. Pakistan search demand for rosemary oil is high because people already use it in hair oil, not because a 10 ml bottle is a medicine.

How people in Pakistan use it

Warm a spoon of almond, coconut or olive oil and stir in 2 or 3 drops. Massage the scalp, leave it for about an hour, then wash. Once or twice a week is enough for most oily scalps. The smell is camphor-like and fades after the wash.

Choosing a pack

There is one pack: 10 ml. That is the whole essential oil. If you want a larger ready hair oil, look at Hair Guard or the amla-reetha-shikakai oil instead of buying several 10 ml bottles.

A plain caution

Do not put undiluted rosemary oil on skin. Skip it during pregnancy unless your own doctor has already told you otherwise. It will not reverse pattern baldness.
