What Acacia Honey is
Phulai honey is paler and milder than sidr. It is the jar for people who want honey on breakfast most days without the sidr price. The word honey is a broad Pakistan search; this page is specifically acacia.
How people in Pakistan use it
Stir it into warm tea or yoghurt. It will crystallise over time. A bowl of warm water brings it back. Do not keep the jar next to the stove.
Choosing a pack
500 g is the regular jar. 1 kg is the refill size. There is no 250 g gift jar of this one; sidr has the small gift size.
A plain caution
No honey for infants under one. Not a cough syrup and not safe to use as a diabetes substitute for sugar.
