What Premium Sidr Honey is

Sidr honey is the beri floral honey: darker and dearer than acacia or orange blossom. Crystallising in the jar is normal for real honey. It is not sugar syrup gone wrong.

How people in Pakistan use it

A spoon in warm, not boiling, tea, or on bread. For a gift, the 250 g jar is the one people wrap. Stand a crystallised jar in warm water until it softens. Never microwave it hard.

Choosing a pack

250 g is the gift and the trial. 500 g is a month of breakfast if you are careful. 1 kg is the family jar. Acacia and orange blossom cost less if you eat honey every day.

A plain caution

Do not give honey to infants under one year. Honey is food. It does not treat a cough, a wound or diabetes.
