What Almond Whole (Badam Abdulwadi) is

These are whole almonds in the shell-off form used for gifting and for the kitchen. Almond oil is a different product. The Planner extract we used did not carry a separate almonds volume, so the page uses the plain name.

How people in Pakistan use it

Soak them if that is how your house eats badam, or chop them into panjeeri, kheer and winter trays. Store the open bag away from humidity so they do not soften.

Choosing a pack

250 g is a small gift or a week of soaking. 500 g and 1 kg are the pantry bags. Each weight is whole almond, not flour and not oil.

A plain caution

A tree nut. Do not send them to someone with a nut allergy. They are food, not a memory supplement.
