Cinnamon bark oil is one of the easiest essential oils to misuse because people know cinnamon as a kitchen spice. The oil is hot and irritating neat. Our Planner extract has no separate volume for it.
How people in Pakistan use it
If you use it at all on skin, one drop in a full spoon of carrier, and only after a patch test. A drop in a simmer pot is the safer way to have the smell. Do not put it in tea.
