What Ginger oil is

Ginger oil is distilled from the rhizome. It is not the ginger you grate into food and it is not a warming plaster. The Planner extract did not list a separate volume.

How people in Pakistan use it

One drop in a spoon of carrier oil if you want a warm-smelling massage mix for adult skin that tolerates it. Patch-test. Do not use it on the face neat.

Choosing a pack

One bottle, 10 ml. Eucalyptus and peppermint are the other sharp 10 ml oils if you wanted a winter steam instead.

A plain caution

Do not swallow it. Skip it in pregnancy unless your own doctor has already approved a specific use. A cosmetic oil, not a nausea treatment.
