What Lavender Oil is
Lavender oil is a floral essential oil. People use a drop for the smell on a pillow edge or in a carrier oil. It is not a sleep medicine. No separate volume was in the Planner extract.
How people in Pakistan use it
One drop on a cotton corner, or one drop in a spoon of almond oil for a pulse-point mix. Undiluted drops on skin are a common cause of irritation.
Choosing a pack
Only 10 ml. If you wanted rose scent instead, rose oil is the other floral bottle.

Dilute it. Skip it on broken skin. Not a treatment for anxiety or insomnia.
