What Pumpkin Seed Oil is
Pumpkin seed oil is a dark seed oil used cold. In Pakistan it shows up next to flax in seed-cycling conversations. Those conversations are not a prescription, and this bottle is not one either.
How people in Pakistan use it
A spoon on salad or yoghurt. Do not fry with it. Keep the cap tight. The colour is dark green; that is the oil.
Choosing a pack
