What Olive Oil (Roghan e Zaitoon) is

This is the everyday zaitoon oil, not the extra virgin landing. Use it when you need a mild kitchen oil or a carrier that does not fight rosemary or tea tree. Extra virgin olive oil is the other bottle.

How people in Pakistan use it

Spoon it into food, or warm a little and add 2 or 3 drops of an essential oil before a scalp massage. Keep the cap tight and the bottle off the stove.

Choosing a pack

Start with 120 ml if you are only mixing hair oil. Move to 500 ml or 1 litre for the kitchen. Extra virgin olive oil is listed separately if you want the stronger salad oil.
